Thanks to a generous donor, Movies at the Station will be returning to the Cayuga Heights Fire Department again this summer. We look forward to seeing everyone as we continue this fun summer tradition. We have an exciting lineup prepared for moviegoers young and old. We are also pleased to once again partner with The Luna Food Truck, so you do not even need to think about dinner! Movies will be shown on Thursday evenings throughout July and into early August (skipping the week of July 16th) ....

As we outgrow and cycle out of our old gear, we are able to give our retired equipment a second life: "The largest volunteer fire station in the San Martin region of Peru, Bomberos Tarapoto 71, faced a dangerous shortage of equipment: One protective suit was shared between two or three firefighters. The Davis-Ulmer Fire Protection mobile fire sprinkler training lab visited CHFD for an outstanding hands-on training opportunity. Twelve members of the department spent over two hours participating in both classroom instruction and practical evolutions inside the training trailer.
